Marc77
Hello, I successfully add a SMS backup task from my Android device to my Synology NAS. The goal now would be to sync this folder to my Debian PC. I then tried 2 things: 1. add a regular folder sync between my NAS and my PC, but as the folder is already in syn with my Android, it doesn't allow me to do it. 2. then I tried to add a new sync on my PC using the shared link from my backup task (which I used on my NAS). Now the folder did appear on the sync list, but I never get the approval notification on my Android. The question is: how can I save my Android backup on both my NAS and my PC? Is there anyway that I can have it on both devices? Thanks in advance for your help, Best regards, Marc
Frank Maier
I have a synced folder between Server, Computer, ... Inside this synced folder is a subfolder to which I backup my smartphone pictures using the Resilio Sync App on my Smartphone. That way I have the Smartphone backup synced across all my devices. Marc77
Thanks for the reply I don't know why but I can't do it either... My folder structure on my Synology is: volume1/ resilio/ <------- want to sync with computer user A/ sms/ <-------- backup from phone <backup> My phone's backup task backup a phone's folder to the NAS "sms" folder above But I can't figure how to sync this folder with my PC. If I try to sync the main resilio folder, it says that it contains a sub folder that is already in sync... (the sms folder I guess)
