Database files' size - again

I use resilio sync, home edition, and in general, happy with it.

However recently it consumes suspiciously large disk space. Out of curiosity I just checked the database files like 70DF76XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.files.db and it has entries referring files deleted months ago from the sync folders, and indeed, these are in the deleted_files2 table.

Any way to purge these entries? Without killing the sync. As far as I can tell, these are not present anywhere in the sync folders, and are unlikely to appear again with the same name and hash.
