Install error: Can't locate [version] in zip

I have the exact same problem on a fresh install on Archlinux. I used the package from AUR. Zip is installed in version 3.0-7. Does anyone have a clue whats going on? I switched from Bittorrent Sync which worked nicely. UPDATE: Removeing all "~" from storage_path and PID file path fixed it somehow.
