Gurgelklister Posted May 18, 2013 Report Share Posted May 18, 2013 I get this exact same issue on my Gentoo server, I've tried setting this connection up between a lot of computers but still no luck.The same computers can also connect to each other without any issues.Are you running btsync as root or any other superuser? My user on the Gentoo-machine is not root and this might very well be the issue here. Some leftover from BitTorrent p2p client Actually, this is not true as nothing syncs from my bittorrent sync client at all, not too it or from it, and I don't think it is because of other torrent traffic on the server as I run rTorrent on both of my Linuxmachines and it works on the one running Ubuntu, not Gentoo.
