BeTheSync
Hi, after btsync (Version 1.2.91 (1.2.91)) crashes, I get the message "unable to send crash report to server: HttpSendRequest failed" or "Error: 413: Request Entity Too Large" How can I avoid this message and send the Log automaticly to the server? Thank you. This:Than that:Or that:
GreatMarko
Yeah, the "unable to send crash report to server" issue does happen from time to time, I'm afraid! Please can you manually email the .dmp file to syncapp@bittorrent.com instead, and describe what Sync was doing (if anything) just prior to your crash, so that the developers can take a look? (Incidentally, emailing the .dmp file to syncapp@bittorrent.com will also open a support ticket, allowing you to keep track of the status of the cause of your crash!) BeTheSync
Thank you!Actually, it does happen on *every* crash of btsync, not only from time to time. Is there a Tool which I can use to view the contents of the DMP file? Just to review the appearance of private information, as told in the dialogue "Feedback" of btsync.
