timecott01
BTSync 1.3.94. Windows Server 2003: The btsync.log and the GUI show the following message set repeatedly: [2014-06-19 21:02:53] Blocked downloading file *****.msg due Connection closed[2014-06-19 21:03:54] Error: *****.Conflict.msg - Files missing from job. Please recheck.[2014-06-19 21:03:54] Error downloading file *****.msg: Files missing from job. Please recheck.[2014-06-19 21:04:34] Error: *****.Conflict.msg - Files missing from job. Please recheck.[2014-06-19 21:04:34] Error downloading file *****.msg: Files missing from job. Please recheck. File name blanked. But these messages are all for the same file. Over and over again. What do I need to do to stop this happening. What do I check??One message refers to *****.msgOne message refers to *****.conflict.msgWhere ***** is the same in both messages.Should I delete these files on both systems? At the same time? Any information welcome. Thank you.
Harold Feit
Does the problem persist with .106?
doubi
I'm still seeing the 'Files missing from job. Please recheck.' error in .106. The file is a large JPEG; btsync keeps re-downloading lots of the pieces, but then ends up giving that error. In my case it's probably because at one point I manually deleted some temp files (trying to solve another issue). Is there a way I can get btsync to 'Force Re-Check' on this file, as the fix seems to be for regular Bittorrent clients?
RomanZ
@doubi It is very likely that issue will be fixed if you re-add the folder to BTSync (you may use the same secret). However, it looks rather strange and if you are willing to debug it - I'd prefer to get full debug output logs to syncapp@bittorrent.com and try to understand why it happens. Thanks!
