heehee62
I have kitkat but I rooted it and I installed and ran SDfix. SDfix said I now have access to my external card so why can't I pick any external SD card folder with bittorrentsync and sync it? I already had btsync running on my phone before rooting. Do I need to reinstall it? Thanks.
JimmyTheSaint
Hmm, that's interesting. I don't know SDfix because my ROMs have always permitted writing to the external card and have worked fine with BitTorrent Sync. As you suggest, I would at least try wiping the app's data, uninstalling, then reinstalling. You might also look at the unofficial FAQ under the heading "Why can't I sync to my external SD card?" I don't remember seeing your specific situation at those threads, but it might be there.
RomanZ
@heehee62 Could you please elaborate what prevents you picking your ext sd card? If there is no pre-defined location - you can always select "All files" and navigate to the ext SD card via /mnt folder.
heehee62
RomanZ - it's working. I didn't know I had to go through the /mnt folder. Thanks.
