Ios Delete All Local Files?

Hi,

I use one-way Sync as a way of quickly getting files from my computer onto my iPad - ebooks, pdfs etc. The problem is that some of the sync folders have hundreds of subfolders (authors etc) so when im finished reading them, it's very laborious to manually locate and delete each file that is stored locally on the iPad. The 'show synced' function doesn't really help much because I still have to nagivate into tonnes of folders to locate the ones that are stored locally.

Is there a way to simply delete all locally stored files with one button? Without deleting the actual Sync partnerships obviously.

I swear I remember this feature existing but today I can't for the life of me find it or remember how to do it. Am I going nuts?

Thanks

RomanZ,

I've tried doing that but I have so many folders, it would take an unrealistic amount of time to go through them all.

Also, in my situation, Sync continues to consume every available kb of storage on my 8gb iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2 and Sync 1.4.60. I haven't yet found any of the files that are filling up the space. I also do not have any of the Auto Sync switches turned on so I don't understand why files are downloading.

As soon as I access Sync on my phone, it starts downloading files and I'm watching the transfer speeds displaying at the bottom of the screen. Currently, Usage for BTSync is displaying 1.1gb of space used.

@FrankStrahan

Issue confirmed with inability to delete all local files at once. We'll take care of it in next major release.

As for the second issue (something that takes 1Gb of storage) - could you please send a feedback from your iPhone with attachment of debug information? Please refer this forum topic in message body. We'll try to understand what exactly takes such amount of space.
