crest
create a config file and write a new password in this file, this should overrule the current password (you must restart btsync with the option --config YourSyncFile.conf. Works at least up to version 1.3xxx. Regardscrest
wgregori
I've got the same problem where Btsync is asking for a user name and password. I'm on ubuntu 14.04 LTS. I've tried the following: Unistalled bysync, deleted ./btsync directory ReintalledI also tried recreating the .conf file and tried to restart btsync expecting the system to allow me to recreate the credentials but no dice. Looking forward to any help. Thanks
GreatMarko
You'll need to specify/remove the password from your config file, and then make sure you run Sync with that config file
