Check your Sync config file - you'll find the Web UI username/password there, and can reset (or remove them) accordingly

GreatMarko
hoi, and thanks for your quick request. any idea how to find the sync conf file on a synology? It depends what package of Sync you've installed. It could be: /usr/local/btsync/var/sync.conf ...or if you've installed the SynoCommunity builds, it could be: /volume1/@appstore/btsync/var/sync.conf

Go to Synology control panel to enable SSH if not enabled yet2. Use putty (windows) / ssh (osx/linux) to login your NAS with user root and admin password3. After enter ssh, type the command "su btsync"4. Type the command "vi sync.conf" to edit the file5. Type "ZZ" to save the file
