erkan
I'm trying to link two Windows 10 computers. I create the BT 2.0 folder on one of my computers and then share that folder using email. I click the link in the email on the other computer but then I get a screen saying: You'll need a app to open this bt sync And the only option I have is to look for a app in the Windows Store. I get no where after that, anyone know how I can get Windows to understand the link is for BT Sync?
GreatMarko
Within Sync, go to Options (Cog icon) -> Manual Connection, and paste the link from the email there.

matheubroom
HiThis solution doesn't work for me, I have followed every piece of help I can find online and I am almost at the point of giving up and use using a portable hard drive (might be easier). I have copied the code and pasted it into the link manual box however it just says linking devices and stays like that for ages doing nothing. Any help would be great Matheu
Helen
Matheu, Looks like a connectivity problem. What are you devices? What is the network, how devices are connected to it? What Sync version you use? Here are the step to troubleshootOtherwise, please send the logs to support
