razgriz23 Posted February 1, 2016 Report Share Posted February 1, 2016 Before the newest update my sync stopped working and would just appear to hang up in the loading ui. I gave up on it and recently saw that there was an update so I updated it and sure enough a lot of things started working however the files were no longer where I had placed them so it was giving me errors. I removed and trashed all the application support stuff so that when I did a fresh install it would be like brand new. I redid the entire registering process and added the sync link between my computer and the computer Im trying to set up with. It worked as the sync was downloading the files however I keep getting a sync connection lost and can't access any of the files as they appear only with an empty folder. I attached a picture of it so that you can see what I'm dealing with. I can't access anything other than to close and retry Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
