wong42
In my setup is I have a server generating files and a server reading the files transferred over by btsync. Sometime the processing server starts reading files that are incomplete because btsync sometime does a in place file sync. How can I force btsync to avoid syncing files in place? I would like btsync to stage all files in the .sync directory until the file has been completely downloaded.
Helen
If it's a windows, you can use FileDelayConfig . Not sure how exactly these files are generated, but if they keep some .tmp, crhdownload, .part, or any other extension, you can add it to IgnoreList : *.tmp, for example. chuck4100
If the files have a temp extension or a part of their name that is the same but different than completed files, you can add that to the ignorelist.
