How can I access the ID when I have no idea what app to use? I've paid for this, but in my ignorance do not find it user friendly and can't even find an address to request a termination and refund. I think the trouble stems from "I don't have a share and sync vocabulary so the instructions aren't clear to me. Once I have downloaded Sync to each device, I think that might solve some of the puzzle. I'll be back to you if not. Thanks for responding.
