Mouserider Posted May 11, 2017 Report Share Posted May 11, 2017 Hi, although not supported, someone might be able to give me a useful hint: This topic covers 2 issues: 1.) Sync 2.5 is no longer working on my Fire HDX 7 (Fire OS 4.5.5.2). It crashes right after startup, even after deleting all data. Any idea why this is happening - maybe something else is missing? 2.) After going back to 2.4.5 I cannot read the QR code from my 2.5 Desktop installation any more - nothing is happening. Helen Posted May 12, 2017 Report Share Posted May 12, 2017 Hi, thanks for the report. 1) is know, and the team's working on it. 2) links (encoded into QR code) changed in 2.5 so these are not compatible with 2.4.
