Sync not seeing large number of files renamed

I renamed several hundred files in a sync folder using a batch file.  After completion, Sync has not started sending the changes to my NAS.  After restarting Sync, it continues to not send anything.

This is following a situation where after adding this share to the NAS, the Nas then updated my other two computers with the current files (all 10 GB worth).  The NAS was the last system added to this share, and the computers were all synced.

How do we fix things when Resillio stops sending updates?  How do we convince it that it doesn't need to update a computer?

I'm pretty frustrated that when I don't have changes I'm seeing 10GB of data to be synced.   When I do change something, it's silent.

PCs are Sync 2.5.6 (1043)

NAS is 2.5.7 (1061)

where did you rename files - NAS or PC?
does this peer has RW or RO access to the share?
are the files listed in sync queue in peer list?
does History say anything about these files - any events, errors, etc ?
what are these files actually and what's their physical location?
did you restart Sync on only one peer or both?

What exactly you mean with "convince it that it doesn't need to update a computer"? In what way Sync's wants to update computer?
