Karine 60 Posted April 25, 2022 Report Share Posted April 25, 2022 I just installed on PC and shared a folder to sync. I recovered the key and entered it into the Android. On the next page (Add folder) It asks for a folder name. I used PhoneSync. The location is set as /storage/emulated/0/Download/Sync. When I click Create, nothing happens. I can't select a real folder from on the phone. I can only choose from within emulated or enc_emulated. I cannot create a folder. If I try to create a folder manually, I get a message Android restricts write access to this directory. How am I going to setup the phone, please ? Andy+ Posted April 26, 2022 Report Share Posted April 26, 2022 What kind of smartphone do you have and which Android version? If you only have limited access, Resilio will not get access either. So it seems it's more likely a problem with the smartphone. Maybe can you choose a different folder area in which you have access and you can then create subfolders?
