Unable to Access Web UI through Synology DS220+ App

I have installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled Resilio several times, but I keep getting this error page when I attempt to click the link to the Web UI:



Unable to connect

Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at ***.us5.quickconnect.to:28888.

    The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
    If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
    If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web.


Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue? This issue has occurred in Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Chrome.
