Automatic Coding
I don't believe so, although, it'd be a great option (E.G. creating "ghost" files that upon access are downloaded).
kos13
Not now. But this is something we will implement.

nils
Mobile clients already support this behaviour, selective sync - only through the API - is on the way to make it accessible to desktop/server clients as well.
frater
To make bittorrent sync successful this feature needs to be implemented on mobile clients. Some people want to sync all their data on 2 servers and use a mobile client to access these. Cheers
GreatMarko
To make bittorrent sync successful this feature needs to be implemented on mobile clients. It already is implemented on mobile clients - it's just not currently implemented on desktop clients, but as Kos has indicated, this will be implemented across all platforms at some stage. frater
Am I missing something? I have the Android client and there are hardly any options. There's only iOS and Android as mobile clients, correct? I haven't seen the iOS client. Cheers
frater
Could you tell me how this is implemented. I don't think it is. Cheers

CheersIf you disable Automatic sync (per share) on the mobile clients, you will see all the available files in this share. Unless you select them, they will not be synced to your device. On the iOS client, documents with a green tick are on the device, whereas document icons without it are not downloaded.
frater
Thanks for your clarification! I misinterpreted that setting, turned it on and forgot about it. Ha, this is great... Cheers
