torrentreg
Hi, I am using two computers - Mac desktop, and Linux server. Both are running the latest version of BTSync (I updated today). Most of the time, syncing works fine, and the queue of documents decreases. However, when I open BTSync on the Mac, I see that there are still files waiting to be uploaded to the Linux computer, and they are just "stuck" there. It says "1.0Gb" and has a little up-arrow next to it (see screenshot). The app will sync new files, but whatever the 1.0Gb files are, they are not being uploaded. How can I fix this error? Thanks! yottabit
I am also having this problem the last two days with a number of builds and shares running on 2x Win7, Linux, and FreeBSD.

torrentreg
No, I'm not using .SyncIgnore. Is there anything else to try, like re-generate the indexes?
GreatMarko
Is there anything else to try, like re-generate the indexes?Well, it's certainly worth a try! If you remove the folders from BitTorrent Sync on both devices, and then re-add them, they should re-index
sergey@bt
Can you please send us debug log from both computers? Here are instructions how to collect it:
IonMike
I know this is old now, but my 2 cents -- I was also irritated by the queue, until I noticed that the files in question were currently being used by processes. As soon as I closed the programs, the queue was gone. (I'm syncing between two W7 machines).
Helen
IonMike, Yes, that's right, for files to sync, they should be not used by other app/system/etc. So the first thing to check for those who encounter sync stuck is to make sure the files are not locked. The second thing is to try re-adding them to sync folder.
