moosa
I just updated to Windows 10, then when I opened Sync I noticed there was an update. I updated Sync as well, but now the sync window just does not work at all, and is constantly "not responding" from the moment it's launched. Sync is still eating CPU and even using the network, but I can't actually use the interface. If I look at the window it will update like every 20 seconds or so but then it will go straight to "not responding" again. I uninstalled and reinstalled Sync to no avail. Helen
moosa, What version on Sync you use? Did you try reinstalling it after update of Windows? If not, please try. If the problem remans, please file a ticket to Support Team via the web form mentioned here. Together with logs please send process dump (Task manager -> Right click on Sync -> Dump) when the problem is being reproduced. Do not forget to put a link to this forum topic. Thank you. GreatMarko
@moosa, Sync 2.1.2 is now available which includes a fix for "Sync on Windows freezes while transferring/indexing huge amount of files" - please update and see if this resolves your issue
