MrsAngelD
I'm using btsync on my home server, and I was wondering how long files are kept in the .sync/Archive folder, if I can edit the time. I'm pretty sure I remember reading somewhere they are set to be kept for 30 days by default and I would like to shorten that if I can. sbhouchen
It is the sync_trash_ttl setting described here: http://help.getsync.com/hc/en-us/articles/207371636-Power-user-preferences
Doman
How about for Android client? I don't see such an option there.

Is there a text file I need to edit?
Moe
What version are you on? And where did you look for that option within the BitTorrent Sync WebGUI? Go to Options -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Power User

So upon looking I have version 2.0.93 and I don't see a power user option in my web GUI. Also I guess I should mention I'm running sync, on Linux. Helen
2.0.93 is too outdated and it indeed has no power_user settings, these are called More Options (Options -> Preferences -> Advanced -> MoreOption) in WebUI, or adjust these using a config if you run Sync without UI. Well I managed to upgrade, and find the power user options thanks so much for your patience and help.
