The whole point of Sync is that it allows you to sync between your devices without having to rely on a 3rd party "cloud". As Roman eluded to, in the past a few people have tried to flog their own unofficial "cloud storage" services for Sync - none of which were ever officially endorsed by the team behind Sync - however, pretty much all of these have since fallen by the way side. As privacy & security are paramount to users of Sync, those desiring a "cloud" component in their Sync "mesh" have tended to either resort to their own "always on" NAS drives, or installed Sync on a Linux VPS or similar - that way they have an "always online" node that they control, without having to rely on any 3rd party cloud storage solution.
