How to reestablish a pair after reinstalling Windows?

Howdy,

I had computer A sync to computer B to act as a backup.  Computer A died and I had to reinstall Windows.  When I open sync on Computer B it says it's Read Only and I can't share it out back to computer A now that it's been reinstalled.  What are the proper steps to make this work?

Do I need to setup a new share on computer A and tell computer B to put it in the same folder it was going to last time?  Will that just sync everything back to A where I need it?

yes.
Does the A still have the files? If yes :
1) remove the share from b, well... and from A. 
2) add the folder back toA, and pick to share it, send the RO key/link to B 
3) on B paste the link/key to Manual Connection in Sync and pick the folder (the one where everything has been syncing before). double check the path before connecting. 
!! 4) right click on the share in Sync on B and in prefs enable "Overwrite any changed files".
