afelicio
I'm an AutoCAD user and am having an annoying problem: The files only sync when I exit AutoCAD. As design team member, we always use external references in our drawings, continuously updating links. Is that a way to make it happen? Thanks. RomanZ
@afelicio It looks to be a peculiarity of how AutoCAD works with files. It simply keeps it open and restricts any access to it. If Sync can't access file - obviously, it can't sync it. I can only advise to check AutoCAD preferences to see if it can be not as greedy towards it drawings. GreatMarko
@afelico / @rockhill04 - there are known issues with AutoCAD which are similar to the issues some users are currently experiencing with Office files (see this thread). A fix for these particular issues is currently in testing and will hopefully become available to all users in the not too distant future. In the meantime, if you're interested in helping test this fix, please PM RomanZ, or express your interest in the thread I've referred to above. GreatMarko
@afelico / @rockhill04 - issues with Sync preventing some apps AutoCAD from saving files into synced folders have been addressed in today's 1.4.103 build. Please update and see if that resolves your AutoCAD saving issue.
