carldickson
We are using version 2.3 and have small files that are around 23 B in size, sync doesn't seem to send these files when they are changed. Sync is reporting that they are there to sync but never sends them, i.e. 14035 file to sync. Is there a setting to fix this?
Remirus
carldickson, Sync should transfer changes even to small files. I couldn't reproduce it in our Lab, all changes transferred to another peer. Maybe you have something special in your setup. Or maybe you edit your files in some program and it locks the file so Sync won't transfer it. You can contact us via this form, mention this topic and send logs. I've sent you an invitation to upload logs.
Andy+
Maybe the same problem? http://forum.getsync.com/topic/42078-btsync-v23-1-on-synology´s/
Remirus
Andy+, maybe it's related, maybe not. But you can update all your peers again and send us logs for analysis. We'll send you invitation if you want to upload logs. You can contact us via this form and give more details about your case, just don't forget to mention your topic. ms2oo8
I'm having the same issue. Files are in the quene, the log says they uploaded, but they don't appear on the remote peer. The folders get created, but the files don't upload.
Remirus
ms2oo8, do you mean that Sync doesn't upload files at all or only modified files are not transferred? You can check if you have correct time and time zone on both peers and if both peers have read-write permissions for the folder. If everything is correct you can send us logs from both peers and we'll tell you why it happens.
