Bug Report: Bittorrent Sync Syncing Old Files Over New Ones

I can confirm that this STILL happens as of version 2.5.12 (1191) I had a previously synced machine offline for a month. Fired it up, once it completed the sync. All of the old outdated files overwrote the newer files on the machine that's always online. This event has convinced me to uninstall this unreliable sync service.
