iguypouf Posted December 28, 2016 Report Share Posted December 28, 2016 Hey, Just updated thanks to the auto update from 2.4.1 to 2.4.4. When opened, it says "no folders". If I try to open a folder from the old sync config, it says " this folder is yet managed by another instance of BTSync. Reset the rights ? " What should I do ? It means that in the share there is .sync/ID file that remains from previous Sync installation. IN your case this may mean either: - previous Sync installation got uninstalled without sync shares being removed from Sync in advance. - on the contrary - you still have previous Sync installation and these shares are still added to it.
