You can do it via 'contact support' option in the app settings.

@rimanek of course Sync 2.6.0.1317 contains many improvements but I can't tell you if it is the most stable version as not so many customers have installed it yet or simply we didn't get too many reports about any bugs. So it means that 2.6.0 can be used by you.

Just update our public key using command:
wget -qO - https://linux-packages.resilio.com/resilio-sync/key.asc | sudo apt-key add -
after use command:
sudo apt-get update
Sync saves all system data in the storage folder of the app but the app itself doesn't have a create backup option.

@BSW200 The problems not on the Sync side. Check if the KB4345459 installed on your device.

The license could be downloaded from the license management console and use that license for the activation copy/paste it's content.

Sync Home can be applied on the any OS but only Sync Business has some restrictions.

On Windows simply double click on the downloaded license key, or right click and pick to "Open with Resilio Sync". Another way is to open Sync UI, go to Menu -> Licenses -> Apply new key, pick the downloaded license key.

Sync based on per user model. So if you have a single license but 2 devices it means that you can link them under common identity but if you do not need it use another license seat.

What is the app version on Android, the folder permissions of that folder on the desktop side? I am100% sure that it is a custom backup folder created on the Android and added with read only permissions on the desktop side. Anyway need to know all details.
