Sorry to be a pest, but—why not? Is there a beta that contains the menu icon fix?

Helen
@ivarson, before updating, did you have big total amounts of upload/download bits? like, 10-15 Tb or around this? If yes, then fix for this case is in 2.5.10. If not, please send the debug log to support. Thanks.
ivarson
No, there were no upload nor download, and I've never seen the Tb-unit. I did the same upgrade procedure on a laptop (without all those shares and there was no issue there). Im afraid I've disabled debug (FFFFFFFF0 in debug.txt,) and turning it on now wouldn't reveal anything i suppose
Helen
FFFFFFFF0 in debug.txt means that logging is enabled. Anyway, send the logs, whichever you have, better than nothing at all. Also, send the sync.dat and sync.dat.old from the storage. Then find sync-v2.5.9-#####.backup folder inside the storage and send the sync.dat and from there. Please in any way differentiate it from the former sync.dat when sending to support. Thanks. otosnede
How come all my 2.5.9 clients aren't finding the update through the Sync app? I've done a "Check now" on all of them and none of them are seeing it... have a mix of macOS and Windows 10 machines as well as a Synology NAS client
Helen
that's right, Build is not yet available via auto-update.
