  1. @Stefan Segers Green checkmarks are implemented in Sync for Mac.
  2. @robertpersons I have got your request in the our zendesk system. So let's discuss the issue there.
  3. @Stefan Segers That is on the Mac device I can suppose? You are right. Better remove files from the subfolder and let them converted to placeholders instead of removing from the device this subfolder.
  4. @Stefan Segers Why it could be slow please do find here details. Also please note that Sync calculates speed in bytes not in bits. https://help.resilio.com/hc/en-us/articles/204762319-How-can-I-improve-data-transfer-sync-speed-
  5. @decoherent The option 'Overwrite any changed files'. If enabled, Sync will do the following: 1) renamed file in an RO folder will remain there. Besides, the same file with an older name will be re-downloaded 2) deleted file will be restored 3) edited file (changed content) will revert to the most recent version supplied by a RW peer4) added file will not be deleted, nor will it be synced. And Remember that in case of data backup (backup makes use of RO folders), deleting files on your mobile device will NOT delete them on the backup device. Are you sure that the Camear backup option was used on your side? Could you send a screenshot?
  6. @Stefan Segers It would sounds strange but the notification means that a disk have to be checked as there is no free space. Better send us screenshots of the disk value usage and path to the folders. You can send it to support.
  7. @robertpersons If you do not mind please duplicate it in the message that would be sent to support team as the case have to be investigated in details.
  8. @skar Are you sure that the bug was solved by Microsoft? The issue was discussed here. Please exit Sync correctly before the device reboot and the issue will gone on the next boot.
  9. @robertpersons Using 2.5.13 I couldn't reproduce it . I think that something missing in your setup. Very important to know the size of files.
  10. @robertpersons Have you tried to restart the app and what is the average size of files in your folder? Of cource better contact support for the further issue investigation.
  11. In general Sync detects subfolder renaming as folder deletion and restoring with files in case the hashes of the files are the same. Something similar i could reproduce between 2.5.13 and RC 2.6.0. Was your case the same of both devices had the same app versions?
  12. @fink contact support and attach logs.
  13. @fink What was the app version prior to update and OS of your device?
  14. @Alex B. In this case contact support , agree to atatch logs and send an example in the screenshot attached.
  15. @fefrie That instruction describes how to collect logs->https://help.resilio.com/hc/en-us/articles/206664730-Collecting-debug-logs-
  16. @Alex B how long time ago did you generate that key?
  17. You need to check folder permisisons.
  18. @FHT We have updated the repo please do update Sync to the 2.5.13 app version.
  19. Encrypted folders on backup machine (the one with F-key only) have Read-Only permissions, "Overwrite any changed files" option is always activated. It means that if you or someone else deletes files on this peer, Sync will download them again from other peers, of course provided they are online and have the files. In general RO peers can only read data in a shared folder, therefore if you update (add, delete or modify) files on RO peers, these changes will not be synced to others.
  20. @Junior If oyu have full access tot he necessary directories you can do it via Sync webUI.
