  4. @devinthesky Sorry for the inattention. Please take a note that pressing pause button will actually stop upload/download process ( only transferring process). But will not stop the whole syncing operations. So the notification is not useless as you can see to which files the acess is denied due to their locking.

  8. Better to update all peers to the most recent 2.5.12 app version as it contains fixes that could lead to such behavior but if it doesn't help of course better send logs to support team.
  9. In general of course it is possible if you are good with Linuc commands and terminal. For example you can use that command if you are in the root directory: ls -lR | grep .extension find | grep .extension
  10. Officially Android TV's and other media boxes are not supported. Technically you can install manually apk there, and we have a few customers who use it this way, but we do not guarantee it'll work flawlessly. But please do contact support team to get an apk build.
  11. Most likely it is not Sync problem at all. But a very simple check you can do. Please do check if there any .logs and sync.dat files in the storage folder of the app that were created before the system upgrade and if you didn't find them this is a system problem if you will find them this is our problem.
  12. @threebythreeandsix It seems to be a bug. Collect logs right after the issue reproduction and send to support team.
  13. @MartinZ In general Sync doesn't have embedded third-party tools only for media files we do have such possibility. So to run the file you need to use open in mechanism.
  14. @Egon Heuson This thread would help ypu to understand that we do not count any seats in the Sync Home and Sync Family Pro license as it base don per user model not per seat. So it means you will never observe on which devices have to applied it. You are right. But I hope that we will edit our EULA rules ASAP on the web page as nobody cancelled them.
  15. @Mitchy Simple unlock file and it will be get synced to the remote peers. Also that article would help you to avoid such situation in the future.
  16. Also please note that Sync Home based on per user model and if a sungle user has many devices he could apply that license on all of them but if you have family members and wanna use Sync you need to buy Family Pro Sync.
  17. @marioscal Better directlly send your config to support team and attach logs for the further issue investigation. Also we will need and output of the ps aux | grep rslsync command when it is running.
  18. @threebythreeandsix I have some news for you. Please do find details in the ticket that you have opened in the zendesk. @eldrin Better update your Sync to the most recent app version and it the issue occurs please do send us fresh logs right after the issue reproduction.
  19. @dbng Contact support team and include logs from your node and write down the time of the issue reproduction. Also inlcude info about your network settings and remote peers. Do not forget to mention that it relates to the forum topic.

  21. Sync has two types of folders( Standard and Advacned). Standard folders use key, Advanced folders - digital certificate. All Standard folders can be shared further on, no matter whether they have RO or RW key. Please do pay attention on the add folder view. You simply have to add the same key if the Standard folder on the another OS it should workeven if you get a warning notification. I didn't tested it in our labs so you have a chance to try this workaround.
