    @threebythree If the ignore list was edited on the NAS device files add to folder will be not sent or recieved ( any changes too) from current/remote peers. These files could recieve only peers where the ignore list wasn't edited. Please find more details about versioning here. As for the selective sync option please note that placeholders now keep same modification time as real files.

    @psychjohn You should be concerned but do not worry as it could occur due to many reasons that descrined here. Anyway if the mentioned article will not help you too much please do contact support team and attach logs from 2 devices for the further issue investigation.

    After rebranding to Resilio Sync, .rsls placeholders do not appear in the folder until the file is fully downloaded. Now syncing is dome via part file XXXX.!sync in .sync directory, it's done in this way so as to avoid re-syncing of necessary pieces. If do you observe that file sin the directory it seems that files were not fully downloaded it stucked.

    @xkey Please note that it is not a cloud solution. All files listed in selective sync folder will be listed as placeholders and for now the structure will be not changed. If you want to share any files you can do it separately using files sharing option.

    @xkey I can suppose that devices linked under common identity and synchronization mode in 'My devices' option is 'synced' just change it to 'selective sync' mode. Please do check it. But if you add a folder using link/key and manually set a necessary path you are able to set selective sync mode option prior to the folders connecting. What is a problem could occur? You can add folder back and it will be actual files that will be synced to the remote peers. But if you have another concern just do let me know.

    @fenster The difference only in the per member amount and that is all. Yes, if you buy 10 Sync Home licenses = 2 Family Pro but the price will be highest of course. Buy 2 Family Pro for your needs. Because this option is not implemented but the idea sounds good.

    Hello, the thing is the mode of the synchronization on your device was set to 'synced' but to be able to set a folder path that you need change it to 'disconnected' in 'My devices'. Here is you can find details how this mode works.

    @rektech Sync itself doesn't detect ransomware files as it used only for the files transferring. You should protect your device using third-party tools that could detect such files.

    1) Instruction for logs https://help.resilio.com/hc/en-us/articles/206664730-Collecting-debug-logs- Once UI is not responding, please use the variant with debug.txt to enable logging. 2) When it's not responding, please open Task manager -> right click on Sync process -> Dump, and send the dump file to us. 3) Then as dumps as logs to Sync support team.

    We do not have a compiled package for your NAs type but you can download simply a binary file and run it manually. But for it please do contact a support team.

    Hello, When you disconnect a folder, it will no longer be kept in sync with any other devices, but it will remain in the file system and can be accessed through a file browser. Note that Sync will remove placeholder files from the folder (if "Selective Sync" was enabled). Please pay attention on the full article.

    @krtaylor As I mentioned that we didn't test it in our lans as do not support 1.4.111 app version. Anyway good to hear that Resilio Sync works as expected.

    @fenster Not clear for me what do you mean under But the license could be used by 5 members only but how it will be organized on your side you should decide it. Simply saying only 5 from 15 according to our rules.
