  1. @ Are these screenshots from the same device?
  2. @xerus So you are welcome to support. Just send a feedback to them.
  3. @Pishnagambo As you have an interesting setup I advice you contact a support team for the further issue investigation.
  4. @insema Thank you for the report we could reproduce it on our side.
  5. @GeHoGo Contact support team and they would provide it to you.
  6. A shared folder has /.sync folder that contains as Archive and some system files. Of course each share has .db files but we do not advice to remove them maybe better for you to check if there any files in the .sync/Archive folder? Also some option could be adjusted->https://help.resilio.com/hc/en-us/articles/204754239-Using-Archive-for-file-versioning-and-restoring-deleted-files-
  7. I hope soon but no ETA. Stay tuned for updates.
  8. ok, but the error on the screenshot attached means that you need to change folder pemissions for the shared folder as the current user doesn't have enough rights or simply change the user under which Sync runs.
  9. We solved the issue using RC 2.6 and set "ignore_mtime_assign_errors" to true in the power user preferences of the of Advanced settings on the both devices. That steps did the trick. Packages for NAS devices a support team can send to you just contact them.
  10. In the peer list of the shared folder that could be found.
  11. Better send a screenshot first and update Sync.
  12. Open Sync Prefs -> advanced -> power_user option "bind_interface" smth that you're looking for ? See the guide on how to define it https://help.getsync.com/hc/en-us/articles/207371636-Power-user-preferences You can also install RC 2.6.1298 app version-> and in the same power user preferences set "use_bind_interface_only" to true.
  13. Sync v 2.0.128 that is outdated app version and I advice you to update it to the most recent one. Do you you observe' folder not found' error in the app UI? Could you check once again that the drive is mounted?
  14. @sauvagii You can use manual folders sharing between devices. You can leave desktop and Synology as read-write peers but WD as read-only. But please do note that if the file would be locked by the another app synchronization of that file doesn't occur.
  15. @sauvagii Do you plan any files editing on the NAS devices?
  16. @kelemvor You didn't answer the main question. If the share on the second device with read-only permissions open it preferences and 'enable overwrite any changed files. But if you added that files on the read-only share they wouldn't be sent to the remote node as it is a one way syncing.
  17. This error means that some of the files on NAS have symbols that are not supported by file system of Windows, and thus Windows replaces these with underscore symbol. For this reason you see the files which contain ":Zone.Identifier$DATA", on Windows that will be replaced with _Zone.Identifier$DATA. It looks like this windows syncs files which are physically located on a linux file system which is mapped to the PC?
  18. We didn't get any. Contact support for the further issue investigation.
  19. Previously folders were indexed one ny one but this option allows to index all folders in the same. It would influence on the disk I/O performance and on the cpu but not so much. The Kb page wasn't updated as officially 2.6 app version is not released.
  20. @20D21G0 Could you please contact support team for the further issue investigation?
  21. In your case the peer with Read-only share doesn't receive files from the remote node?
  22. External address could be found in the logs only.
  23. If all your devices that contain necessary data would be stolen the files couldn't be restored from anywhere. And you are right as we do not store files on the third-party servers.
