  1. http://forum.bittorrent.com/topic/24781- and most likely the PowerPC build for Linux.
  2. Just add C with the full access key. They will all sync automatically without having to add further configuration or complication.
  3. You will currently need to look for another package to handle multiple folders on the same computer.
  4. 1> Yes and the master/slave relationship is only in read-only keys 2> Yes and whichever machine you add first. You add the folder on one machine generating a secret. You then take that secret to the other machine. It may not SEEM to be merging the files, but it has to index and validate them in order to sync them. No actual file payload is transferred if the files are validated identically.
  5. Using what specific version of sync? If you are using a 1.1.x version, you are running code that likely has the problem. Current versions of Sync (1.2.73 and up) have at the very least reduced instances of this problem.
  6. Posting the logs (zip them if necessary) should provide information that we'll be able to identify the cause with
  7. 1.1.82 isn't current anymore. You do need to update to see if developments have caused the issue to be fixed.
  8. What version of sync are you using?
  9. It's more than just the per-file checksum in the database. It's actually a full torrent pieces entry per file. 8kbyte/file actually sounds reasonable considering that. There is the possibility, but I don't have direct access to the developers to confirm or deny its possible inclusion. I'd recommend posting the request in the wishlist thread.
  10. version of sync? filename conflict possible with windows (remembering that windows is case insensitive while linux is case sensitive)?
  11. You MIGHT be able to open one of them, but they are likely going to be incomplete because of the nature of sync temp files. I make no guarantees at this point.
  12. The file isn't in the .syncarchive folder on the main machine?
  13. The file LIKELY got replaced or lost due to the way that office handles file locking. Additionally, 1.1.82 is not current and that may be the root cause of your issue. Current as of this post is 1.2.73
  14. What version of sync? What type of keys are you using? What sort of network setup?
  15. The windows machine's sync version needs to be updated.
  16. Current is 1.2.73 not 1.1.82, please update and report again http://forum.bittorrent.com/topic/24781-
  17. Using what specific version of sync on all the devices?
  18. If these are related to extended attributes on Mac, there has already been a discussion on this in http://forum.bittorrent.com/topic/24992- Extended attributes and metadata not directly stored INSIDE the file is not synced, because Sync is intended to be cross-platform, and there's no easy and clean way to sync those extended attributes properly given that intention.
