    No, it means that if you are in restricted network, without access to the internet you shall use btskey file instead of the link to upgrade to Pro. it doesn't impose the limit on the # of seats you can purchase

    This line means that port cannot be mapped just via UPnP protocol. but there are other means to do that, so it shall be not critical. The critical thing is that 1.3 and 2.0 are not compatible. if you want to use older version of Sync, it shall be 1.4.111 at least.

    is there a chance that the sender of the link previously actually denied your request? In this case, when you use this link again, your peer will be automatically denied. Try - go to My devices, unlink current identity, create a new one. Ask the sender to share the link once again, and try this link again. Before doing it, enable debug logs on your Sync and if request will be again denied, send the logs to us.

    if in your config you use web ui, you can predefine the IP in folder preferences. if you define shared folders in config, add the lines in the shared_folders section "known_hosts" : [ "192.168.x.x:12345" ]

    Sync listens to all interfaces but binds and takes local address from the first one. So to force Sync use certain IP, you need to predefine it on other peers, and disable LAN sears, DHT.

    vip00, What Sync license you have on desktops? With Free license folders will not automatically appear on linked devices. As for Firefox, it has no association of btsync protocol with Sync app (you can check in Settings -> Applications). Paste the link in"Manual connection" in Sync.

    snorman. I see possible causes: 1) the person in whose Sync the link was originated set the limits on number of days and times Sync can be used. Is it exactly "request denied'? Can you take a screenshot? 2) there are too many peers already connected to the share. What Sync version other people using, do you know? At least is it 2.0 or 1.4?

    lenbit, With permissions one requirement shall be met - the user under which you launch Sync shall have read-write access to the folder. So please double check it first of all. Sharing settings -are for networking access. Check Security tab and Advanced option in folder properties.

    May, What Sync version you use? On older version there was an issue that Sync prevented Macs from sleep, but it's fixed.

    @all, Any chance to collect debug logs from all peers and send to us? is there any pattern on when the device s are switched to Synced mode? apart from staring mac in exbigpiggy's case. exbigpiggy, Can you update this mac? For Pro support, can you please reach out support Team? We've created a ticket for you.

    exbigpiggy, What Sync version you use on them and what License type? What changed is the setup right before it happened - a new server added, or Trial expired? anything? pashkoff, The logs you have aren't debug, unfortunately, and not not contain much useful information. Can you please make sure to have debug logging enabled and send the fresh logs from 2.0.126?

    ging, Did you check time settings on both? UTC time shall not be more that 600 seconds. If it's not the case, please send debug logs to support. Thanks! Don't forget to mention it comes from this topic (put the link) and please describe the platforms and Sync version of the devices.

    mpvader, In Sync 2.0 only classic folders have keys. You can add classic folder by holding Shift when clicking "add folder" button. This will create and share the old-fashioned 1.4 style folder.

    Merk7, Ability to sync one folder doesn't depend on whether you're suing Pro or Free. Disconnect the folder from your laptop, share the link from your main PC and use it on laptop via "Manual connection" on laptop.
