  1. better contact support, send a few screenshots of your setup and debug logs from both peers for analysis. It'll make it easier to understand what's happening there.
  2. that's right, Build is not yet available via auto-update.
  3. 1. after adding the folder to Sync on NAS, do you just see the green checkmark in Status, or does it also say "indexing"? raw footage are usually big and it takes a while to index a single file. 2. "sync home has stopped responding" - Sync stopped running, might have crashed. Do you have enough RAM on your NAS? if I looked up specs correctly, is it only 512 Mb?
  4. have you actually linked the devices with one identity? Looks like not.
  5. what gallery you look at? Cannot reproduce it with phone's default gallery app. Try restarting the phone, this will trigger media scanner.
  6. once PC has RW access to the share, this deletion will propagate to the phone. Did you indeed use "create folder' on the phone or "add backup"? Give more details: 1) is Selective Sync enabled on either device? 2) Did you check History in Sync? Is there record "PC removed file"? 3) does the file remain in Sync UI on the phone? 4) did you try restarting Sync on either device?
  7. remove backup share from sync on desktop create backup share in Sync on iOS, send the link to it to the desktop paste the link to "manual connection" and select the folder with previously synced files. is share preferences in Sync on desktop enable "Overwrite any changed files" option
  8. It's unlikely that dht will be brought back. Use VPN, proxy or Predefined hosts as a workaround for blocked tracker.
  9. is it Sync version? Resilio Sync doesn't have such version number.
  10. There's no option to remap. You can either just move the folder in a file manager (works only for windows or mac, see the guide) or disconnect it from Sync and reconnect poinitng to a different location.

  13. file /folder/folder./folder/file.txt does sync from Mac to Windows, but you won't be able to get to the file as path is invalid for Windows. same with file: /folder/folder/file. It gets synced, but it won't open as this is invalid name for Windows. trailing spaces that arrive from Mac are replaced with underscore on windows. Same refers to other symbols - | ? <> / etc We'll see if trailing dots and other punctuation marks shall also be replaced with underscore.
  14. 1) sync.dat and sync.dat.old from storage; if they don't work -> 2) sync.dat from storage\sync-v2.X.X-######.backup folder; if it won't work -> any sync.dat that you might have backed up any where; if that won't work, then there are no any other backups.

In case this is an ongoing syncing of your company's files and Sync is going to be used in business environment, they'll need to get Business license, either monthly or yearly. there's personal Home license, 59.99$ lifetime. There's 1 seat Business license, 72$/year. Besides, discounts are now being offered for both - Home and Business licenses.
  18. have you checked the two links? They have instruction to collect logs, with logs location for all platforms.
  19. Do not rename conflicts! there are a number of reasons for conflicts to appear and to get to the bottom of yours in particular, send the debug logs from both peers to support for analysis.
  20. that's the point. the device to which you link must have a license so that you could click 'link device' button and get the M-key. Others, which are being linked, may not have it - paste the M-key from a Pro device to "Manual Connection" here, it will link to Pro

  22. That old versions are not supported anymore. Since v1.3 Sync has changes quite a lot so almost for sure that these two won't work together.
  23. Did you apply the license or at least enabled Trial Period? If Free version "Link device" button does not work, it's grayed out.
  24. FFFFFFFF0 in debug.txt means that logging is enabled. Anyway, send the logs, whichever you have, better than nothing at all. Also, send the sync.dat and sync.dat.old from the storage. Then find sync-v2.5.9-#####.backup folder inside the storage and send the sync.dat and from there. Please in any way differentiate it from the former sync.dat when sending to support. Thanks.
